1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by Enkindle Counseling LLC ("Enkindle Counseling," "we," "our," or "us") at https://www.enkindlecounseling.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Description of the Site
The Site provides general information about Enkindle Counseling and our therapy services, including biographical information about our clinician, descriptions of services offered, rates, scheduling information, blog content, and ways to contact us. The Site is informational only and is not a tool for providing therapy, mental health treatment, or any form of clinical care.
3. Important Disclaimers
The Site Does Not Provide Therapy or Medical Advice
The content on this Site is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional therapy, mental health treatment, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Reading content on this Site, submitting a contact form, requesting an appointment, or engaging in any other Site interaction does not establish a therapist-client or therapeutic relationship between you and Enkindle Counseling.
A formal therapeutic relationship with Enkindle Counseling is established only after all of the following have occurred:
You have completed our intake process, including any required intake paperwork through our secure client portal;
You have attended a scheduled, paid clinical session with our licensed clinician; and
We have agreed in writing or through scheduled session confirmation that we are working together as therapist and client.
Free 20-minute consultations are intended to determine whether our practice is a good fit for your needs and do not constitute therapy. They do not create a therapeutic relationship.
Always Seek the Advice of a Qualified Professional
Always seek the advice of your physician, licensed mental health provider, or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding any mental health symptom, condition, or treatment. Never disregard professional mental health or medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on this Site.
